Build a business that runs without you — and still grows.

Strategic operations and growth partnership for founders.

Have you ever wondered

what your business would look like
if it didn’t depend on you to keep it moving?

That’s what we build.

Imagine 90 days from now…

Your team is able to operate without you being involved in everything.
They know what to do. They move without constant direction

You’re no longer stuck managing the day-to-day.
You actually have time to focus on the work that moves the business forward.

You have the capacity to build.
New offers, new ideas, higher-level opportunities you’ve been putting off.

The business has structure.
Systems are in place. Things are documented, delegated, and repeatable.

You’ve had the ideas.

You’ve thought through the next moves.

But you don’t have the space to actually build any of it.

Because everything still depends on you to keep running.

So instead of growing, you’re maintaining.

And at this level, that’s the problem.

You need someone to step in,

show you what to fix first, and build it with you so it actually works.

That’s what this is designed for.

Hi, I’m Sumayya

When I first started my career, I worked behind some of the most visible founders, brands, and businesses.

My background was in HR and recruiting, but I quickly moved into an executive assistant role — sitting directly beside the founder, inside the day-to-day of the business.

I wasn’t just supporting tasks. I was seeing everything.
How decisions were made.
How teams operated.
How the business actually ran behind the scenes.

And here’s what I started to notice…

There was a pattern behind every growing business…

So I started finding ways to make things more efficient.

Using my background in HR and recruiting, I focused on building better processes, structuring teams properly, and creating systems that allowed people to actually own their roles.

As we built stronger systems,
as the team became more aligned,
as the founder stepped out of the day-to-day —

something else opened up.

They finally had space.
Space to think.
Space to lead.
Space to focus on the work that actually grows the business.

Not just supporting the business,
but becoming a true thought partner —
helping them think through growth, launch new ideas, and build new revenue streams, while still making sure the foundation was strong enough to support it.

And that’s when it came together.

I saw the opportunity to help founders not just manage their business better,
but build it in a way that actually supports their next level.

When the structure changed, everything else followed

These were successful founders.
They had teams. They had momentum.

But everything still went back to them.

They were overworked.
Stressed.
Constantly involved in things they shouldn’t have been touching at that level.

The business looked good from the outside —
but behind the scenes, they were holding everything together.

Even with a team, no one was truly helping move the business forward.
Everyone was contributing to execution,
but the founder was still the only one carrying the growth.

But the deeper I got, the clearer it became.

This wasn’t just a support problem.
It was a structure problem.

And that’s when things started to shift.

Does this sound familiar?

You can’t really step away from the business.
Even when you try to, you’re still checking in, answering questions, or thinking about what might be falling through.

You’ve built a team, but you still don’t fully trust things will run without you.
So you stay close… just to make sure.

There are things you want to build —
new offers, new ideas, the next level of the business —
but your capacity is already stretched.

So it keeps getting pushes. So you stay close… just to make sure.

And if you’re honest…

You didn’t build this business to be the one tied to it every day.

You wanted the freedom to travel.
To step away.
To spend time with your family without being half in, half out.

To actually be off — and know the business is still running.

What this actually looks like…

Systems, structure, and operational visibility across your business — so things are clear, documented, and repeatable.

This includes cleaner workflows and a stronger client experience, so delivery feels consistent and no longer depends on you.

Operations

Stronger team ownership and accountability — so your team knows what to do, executes without constant direction, and doesn’t rely on you to keep everything moving.

Team

A clear path for expansion — including recurring revenue opportunities and the next level of your offer ecosystem.

So you’re not just maintaining what exists, you’re building what’s next.

Growth

How this works.

We don’t approach your business as a list of tasks or a fixed process.

We look at it through three lenses — so we can understand what’s actually holding it back, what needs to be built, and how it should grow.

Lens 01

Fix what’s slowing you down

We identify what’s actually creating friction — where things are leaking, where execution feels heavier than it should, and where too much still depends on you.

So we’re solving the right problems first.

Lens 02

Build the structure behind the business

We build the systems, workflows, and team structure that allow the business to operate without everything depending on you.

So the business can move without you being in everything.

Lens 03

Build the next level of growth

From the beginning, we’re also looking at how your business should grow next — understanding the ideas and offers you want to create, partnering with you to shape them, and building the business with that vision in mind.

So growth is intentional — not reactive.

If it worked for Tenagne it can work for you too.

When we first started working together, the focus was centered around building the operational foundation behind her coaching business.

We worked through ways to systemize her content, revenue tracking, client experience, and the day-to-day workflows behind the business — while also creating better structure across the different contractors and support she was already working with.

The goal wasn’t just to “get organized.”

It was to build a business that could operate more efficiently without everything constantly depending on her.

Over time, the systems we built became the backbone of how the business runs today — overseeing workflows, visibility, client experience, and the operational structure behind the business as a whole.

But as the business became more structured, something else happened:

There was finally space to grow.

As we continued working together, my role evolved beyond operations into becoming a true thought partner in the business — helping her think through expansion, structure new ideas, and bring new offers to life in a way the business could actually support.

One of the biggest examples of that was the retreat side of the business.

It was something she had wanted to do for a long time, but like many founders, didn’t have the capacity or operational support to fully bring to life while still managing everything else.

So I came alongside her to help structure, launch, and operationalize the experience — while also taking the heavy lifting off her plate behind the scenes.

Not just helping with systems, but helping her think through decisions, execution, logistics, team coordination, and the overall vision for how this new part of the business would operate long-term.

Since then, she has successfully launched four sold-out international retreats, expanded into teaching others how to host retreats themselves, and generated multiple six figures from this additional offer alone — with retreats already sold out through 2027.

But more than the revenue, the biggest shift was this:

She was no longer the person holding every single piece of the business together alone.

The business had structure. The team had direction. The systems were in place.

And she finally had the space to focus on leading, growing, and expanding the vision instead of constantly managing the day-to-day.

Your Questions, Answered

  • Not necessarily — but you should be at the point where you need one or are starting to build one.

Some clients come in with a team already in place. Others are still doing most things themselves but are at capacity and know they can’t keep operating that way.

If you already have a team, we focus on:

    • creating stronger ownership and accountability

    • improving delegation

    • getting your team to operate without everything coming back to you

If you don’t, we focus on:

    • identifying what roles are actually needed

    • helping you think through hiring and delegation

    • building the structure so when you bring people in, it works properly

Either way, this work is designed for businesses that have enough demand and complexity that they should not be running off one person anymore.

The goal is the same: building a business that doesn’t depend on you for everything.

  • This is operations support — but not in the way most people think about it.

Yes, there is hands-on work happening:

    • building systems

    • structuring workflows

    • supporting implementation

    • helping your team operate more effectively

    But this is not:

    • admin support

    • task management

    • or someone just “handling things” for you

This is strategic operations and growth support.

We’re not just keeping the business running —
we’re changing how it runs and how it grows.

  • Yes.

There is no one-size-fits-all system here.

Every business comes in at a different stage with different gaps, priorities, and opportunities.

    We use a structured approach,
but what we focus on, build, and prioritize is based on:

    • where your business is right now

    • what’s currently slowing you down

    • where your next level of growth should come from

This is built around your business — not a template.

  • The first 90 days are focused on building the foundation — clarity, structure, and a clear path for growth.

By the end of that, your team is ready to take on what’s been built.
They have clear ownership, systems to follow, and the ability to operate without everything coming back to you.

You’re no longer the lifeline of the business — you’re leading it.

From there, some clients choose to continue working together because they’ve found a trusted partner to stay close to the business — helping manage the team, keep everything on track, and act as a true thought partner as the business continues to grow.

  • No.

We are hands-on where it matters —
especially in building systems, structure, and supporting implementation.

But this is not unlimited execution.

    We focus on:

    • building the right foundation

    • supporting the right priorities

    • and making sure the business can run without depending on you

If there are larger initiatives (like a retreat, course, or community),
we help define the structure, strategy, and plan behind it.

Execution at that level can be scoped separately if needed.

  • You will still be involved — just not in the way you are now.

    Instead of:

    • managing everything

    • answering constant questions

    • staying in the day-to-day

    You’ll be:

    • making higher-level decisions

    • providing direction

    • focusing on growth

The goal isn’t to remove you completely.

It’s to remove you from everything you shouldn’t be doing.

  • If you’re asking that, it usually is.

This is the right time if:

    • your business is working, but feels heavier than it should

    • you’re too involved in day-to-day operations

    • your team still depends on you more than they should

    • you know there’s more you could build, but don’t have the capacity

At this level, continuing to operate the same way isn’t neutral —
it’s what’s keeping you from growing.

  • We’re intentional about how many clients we take on each quarter to ensure every partnership gets the level of focus and depth it requires.

Because of that, start dates are limited and based on availability.

If you’re ready, the next step is to apply — and we’ll walk you through timing from there.
