Alignment Call

Submit your application for your specific focus to ensure we're a great fit for your project. We’ll hop on a call to understand exactly what you need and what we can accomplish in a day. Spots are limited each month!

Pick Your Date & Prep

Once you’re signed on, you’ll pick a date and begin to prep. This includes any pre-work, collecting current tools and collateral, plus speaking one last time before your day to walk through the agenda and make sure we are aligned and you get the most out of your day.

CEO Day

Show up for your CEO Day and we will lock-in for 6 hours, masterminding and implementing in real time. Can’t forget to mention we’ll pause for lunch and celebrate your success at a nearby restaurant.

Support + Training

You’ll have access to my team and I for 14-days after your CEO Day. During this time we can make any changes, continue implementation, and train your entire team on your new systems. I’ll also record everything so that you’re set up for success.
