Works

STEP 1: CEO Sync

Before your VIP day, we’ll hop on a call to dig deeper into the life and business you want to design. This helps me understand your goals, team, and offers, ensuring our day together is as impactful as possible. I’ll select the best tools for implementation and create a customized agenda for our day.

STEP 2: The Agenda

Prior to your VIP day, you’ll receive an agenda and to-do list so we’re on the same page about what will be accomplished. This ensures clarity and alignment for a productive session.

STEP 3: The Work Day

Consider this a lock-in. You and I will spend the day documenting your vision, auditing your business, and building your custom systems. We’ll work side by side, providing you real-time feedback on all of your operations needs and questions.

STEP 4: The Edit

I won’t leave you to figure this out on your own. We’ll have three weekly check-ins after your session to see how things are going with the new tools. I’ll train you and your team, and make any adjustments needed to ensure everything runs smoothly.

We'll build out your ClickUp system in real time during our session, customizing dashboards, task boards, and workflows to suit your business needs. You'll walk away with a fully operational ClickUp setup that you can start using immediately to manage your projects and teams efficiently. (This can also be swapped for Monday.com)

Action Items: Next Step Clarity

You’ll walk away with a comprehensive project plan and to-do list of my next step recommendations. This detailed plan of action will empower you to execute confidently after our day together.

Prepare To Hire

You get access to my signature hiring templates and framework, allowing you to find, hire, onboard, and train with no confusion and a true plan. While I am building some of your systems, you will be working on your SOPs in real-time, ensuring everything is documented so that when you hire, they will know exactly what to do.

Support

Implementing new systems takes a little time to perfect and get used to. That's why I provide three follow-up calls to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to your ClickUp board. This time can also be used to train you and your team on your new tools or to learn additional best practices. Enjoy unlimited revisions during these three weeks, along with continuous Slack support to answer any questions, troubleshoot issues, and provide guidance.
